Today’s post is brought to you by my new favorite blog carnival: One Word at a Time. Hosted this week at Rediscovering the Church, the word for the day is…
For my contribution, I’m going to point you toward the host blog, where you can find all 30+ posts that have already been registered.
Not because I have no experience with grief; just that I pondered the topic for a few days and just couldn’t figure out how to approach it. Maybe I had too many options?
At any rate, I’m going to spend the time I might’ve used to agonize more over my post, to go read everyone else’s.
Come on over with me. With such a great group of contributors, I’m sure something will speak to your heart.
(And by the way, if you blog, you’re welcome to join in. A new word is introduced every two weeks.)

Our forest floor after a flood

Thank you for doing a post promoting the blog carnival. I am going to “borrow” this idea when I feel too muddled to post on the blog carnival topic.

The picture says quite a bit about grief, ma’am.

Lovely non-post Steph. I’m only being a little sarcastic.

Oh, I thought Katdish was really paying you a compliment. Huh.

I think this is the only post I haven’t cried over… thanks, Steph.

Helen – Yeah, it was where I landed after HOURS & three drafts. Muddled is a good word.
Glynn – Thanks! Yes, I thought it had a good message too. I probably could’ve made the pic my whole post.
Katdish – Thank you for being only a little obnoxious.
Annie K – What can I say? It’s Katdish.
Peter – I’m glad you and Bridget came up with this carnival. Very thought-provoking.
Bridget – What? I didn’t make you cry? Well, I’ll have to try harder. (Actually, I’d settle for just making Katdish cry.)
