This is supposed to be Wordless, but it really begs for an explanation. So…
Last week, the girls and I went to Steak and Shake. This time, no napkins were thrown, but I did catch Abby trying to load her straw with spitballs. (She thinks that if one spitball is good, then 15 at once will be AWESOME.)
Anyway, then this man and woman slid into the booth next to ours. The first thing I noticed was how “cute” they were, sitting on the same side of the table, heads together reading the same menu.
(Obviously still dating or in the honeymoon stage. We old married folks need our elbow room. Or is it love handle room?)
Don't tell Hannah about the shot of her in this. She won't be happy.
But then I noticed on a detail that truly convinced me that they were soulmates.
Do you see it?
Here, let me zoom in:

YES. Those are matching geek T-shirts.
Hers is obviously a Transformers shirt. His is (at least according to Wikipedia) a computer company(?)
A match made in geek heaven.
(And Nick the Geek, are you sure you weren’t in metro Atlanta last week?)

Funny, she probably is just wearing his shirt though, remember that’s a puppy love stage too!
I hope they are soul mates!

Asus is a motherboard company. It’s used in most computer stores where you can have a custom machine built. I’ve used several of them over the years in machines I’ve put together for my networking clients. Great products.
Guess that makes me a geek!

I’m just glad that you clarified that they were a man AND a woman…I didn’t think that when I first saw it.
I’m sure I photographed them at Dragon*Con in full geek regalia…
