Wordless Wednesday

Starbucks travel mug STUCK

Our ONE not-leaky travel mug, where it’s sat on the kitchen counter for the past 14 days.

I used it the day after Charlie left. Two weeks ago. And no matter how hard I try, I CANNOT get the lid off. Did you ever try to rinse out a go-cup through the little drinky hole?

Just one more reason why I’m THRILLED to be picking him up THIS AFTERNOON!

***

Y’all have been great, but today my husband’s comin HOME!

I’m pretty sure I would have broken it by now in trying to pry the top off with some ‘not made for coffee lid removal’ tool.

Happy reunion! I would love to hear if your hubs made it to the Borough Market. After reading about the pig’s head in your freezer I’m pretty sure he would love it.

Have you tried a hammer? It probably needs a husband with a hammer. Glad today’s the day!

You need one of those grabby thingies for a good grip, but I guess a husband will do, lol. Happy reunion and WW.

I’m glad your hubby comes home today! Maybe you’ll finally get that lid off (although I probably would have thrown it into something by now).

Your blog is too high brow for me. Stop using big, college words like: “go-cup through the little drinky hole.”

YAY for you. I hate it when my dh travels.

At least you tried to rinse. I know people who would have left it alone. Eww.

Somebody at my work has that same one. It sits in the sink in my kitchen because nobody, wants to wash it. Myself included.
